Policy and Procedures

The policies and procedure manual is a comprehensive reference tool or “parent document” to other reference tool, such as the staff handbook. The policy and procedure manual includes the rationale behind policies and references federal and state laws and/or NARR standards that correlate to each policy. Because your policy and procedure manual is the “master resource tool” for your administrative staff, it should include references to ALL of the NARR standards and rules.
