Get Certified

Whether you're already operating a home in Oklahoma or plan to open one soon, we urge you to apply for certification via our new, online portal.

About the Certification Process

OKARR certifies recovery housing that meets national best practice standards using a three-step process:

  1. Online application and self assessment. Sign up for and log into your OKARR.org account in order to access the Recovery Residence Self Assessment and Certification Management platform. This platform leads you through a series of forms where you upload your policies and procedures and create profiles for your program and policies.
  2. Interview. Once your application has been completed and reviewed, we will contact you to schedule an interview. This interview is an opportunity to highlight the unique qualities of your recovery home which cannot be captured in an application.
  3. Onsite review. We will also contact you to schedule an onsite review of your properties to ensure they conform to quality standards that can only be verified in person.
