RCO Certification

In order to pursue certification of your RCO in Oklahoma, complete this online application. Upon submission, OKARR will review and evaluate your application to determine whether it meets the UARCO and OKARR’s standards.

UARCO certification is a strength-based process, meaning you will have access to educational resources and the ability to update information within a reasonable time period, if a Reviewer determines that you do not meet a standard.

However, there is no guarantee that an application will meet standards and receive a certification. Applicants have the right to submit a variance (exception) to a standard and to submit a grievance against the Reviewer or OKARR.
