Get Certified

Whether you're already operating a home in Oklahoma or plan to open one soon, we urge you to apply for certification via our new, online portal.

About the Certification Process

To pursue recovery residence certification or recertification in Oklahoma, complete this online application. Upon submission, OKARR will review and evaluate your application to determine whether it meets the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR’s) and OKARR‘s standards.

NARR certification is a strength-based process, meaning you will have access to educational resources and the ability to update information within a reasonable time period, if a Reviewer determines that you do not meet a standard.

However, there is no guarantee that an application will meet standards and receive a certification. Applicants have the right to submit a variance (exception) to a standard and to submit a grievance against the Reviewer or OKARR.

Training and TA

OKARR offers training to recovery housing providers and their workforce.
