The Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative promotes individual wellness by fostering work environments that support both mental and physical health. It aims to prevent substance misuse before it starts and create a culture that actively supports employees in recovery—benefiting the workplace and the broader community.
Workplaces that adopt evidence-based health and safety programs foster a healthier, more productive, and engaged workforce.
BecomE a Recovery Friendly Workplace
Workplaces have the power to support recovery and promote a culture of health and inclusion. With thousands of individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, employers can play a key role in helping people maintain stability, purpose, and wellness.
By becoming a Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW), your organization shows a strong commitment to your employees and the broader community. It's a powerful way to create a safe, supportive environment while also attracting and retaining a motivated, productive workforce.
Workplaces that implement evidence-based health and wellness practices benefit from reduced absenteeism, higher morale, and stronger team cohesion.
