Amethyst House

Amethyst House in Altus is a women’s recovery residence. Located in downtown Altus, resources and additional services are within walking distance.

In January 2021, it was certified as a Level II recovery residence, meeting the nationally recognized standards defined by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). Amethyst House collaborates with counseling agencies, food pantries, health centers, and many other local resource/service providers who offer many services at no cost to the resident. Altus supports and welcomes recovery from substance use.
